We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day

Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery options and prices are calculated at checkout based on order weight and selected service.

Available options may include:

Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days)
Suitable for small, lightweight orders
Standard Tracked Delivery (2–3 Working Days)
A tracked service for most standard parcel orders
Tracked Next Working Day Delivery
A faster tracked service for eligible orders
Express Next Working Day Delivery
A courier service for heavier or higher‑value orders

Delivery times are estimates and are counted in working days only.

Free Next Working Day Delivery may be available on orders over a specified value. Eligibility and thresholds are displayed at checkout.

We ship to Northern Ireland where carrier services permit. If delivery is unavailable, orders may be cancelled and fully refunded.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order is:

Delayed – please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us
Lost – we will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund once confirmed
Marked as delivered but not received – we may require confirmation from the carrier before resolution

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be recoverable.
